We are currently seeking a corporate attorney, licensed in Maine and/or Massachusetts, with at least 5 years of experience and portable billings who is looking to join a vibrant, entrepreneurial firm to build a corporate/private equity practice and support existing firm clients. Position can be located in either ME or MA with the ability to work part time virtually.
